  •  I look forward to Bungie raising the bar (none / 0)

Think on this.  Look at the maps we've seen and this pictured complex. I am 99.999% sure that what you see you can traverse and if you shoot it, if it doesnt explode it will scorch.  Details Baby!  Even in Gears there were more places in your view that you could not go to or traverse.  Bungie gets maps and immersing the player into the world he sees.  If you've played Ghost Recon, you know how frustrating it is to have your character hung up on rocks, shrubs and elevation changes.  I don't need to be blown away with realistic graphics, I just want textures and tones that creat a plausable arena to kick ass in.  Bungie is going to give us the best multiplayer experience and no one else has matched it yet.  Plus, I still give a shit about the story and am salivating over the 4-man co-op.

My only lamentation is that my local friends are going to couch it at the house and play online more than we are going to get together over lan, Old School.  Having friends over for an all out Halo Bash is fading from importance with the complete ease of online gaming.  I'll miss that more than anything else, but it looks like it will be substituted with more opportunities to play on the fly with friends from our respective homes.

    Halo3 is looking awesome!

Ready to finish all the Fights!
