  •  Wish I could hit the weights (none / 0)

but I screwed my back over when a childhood friend came by and was stupid enough to try driving his jeep through 6 in of snow and an additional 2 of ice over soggy ground...spent a good hour pushing his ass out back onto my drive.

    •  That sucks, man (none / 0)

Being injured is so frustrating, and I know where you are coming from with a back injury.

O, and the iron gym is basically a pull up bar (which you can also use for dips and modified push-ups), it's not like a set of freeweights or anything.

I'm feeling California and looking Minnesota.

      •  I know this is going to sound kinda weird coming (none / 0)

from me, being only 18 (19 in FEB) but my injuries from hockey are already coming back to haunt my, my shoulder that I dislocated multiple times (popped it back in and played the next shift once, ouch :( ) is starting to really hurt randomly, my right ankle cracks when I walk from when I did who knows what to all the ligaments down there, theres a bunch of other ones, but too many to list.

Anyways! as random as that was the moral of the story is to take care of yourself even if its a slight injury

        •  Yea I'm surprised at how much I like it (none / 0)

I really didn't think using it for push-ups would be very affective, but it is.  Plus I really needed a convenient place to do pull-ups rather than go to a gym, so that is extremely nice.
