with the TrueSkill formula.  Watching my boys Ranked games in Halo, they are almost always decided by only a couple of points (in Slayer games).  It really is pretty amazing.

As for the CoD4 implementation, same thing.  I can't complain.  Yesterday I played with my friend Creepy (after the Gearheads went beddy-bye ;-) ) , and we are both pretty lousy, but every ranked game we played (with the exception of 1) were all great matches.  OH, I HAD FUN!  I just love that game!  I love when you connect and the little white x gets engorged, and so you fire faster and harder in that same spot and then PING!  5 points pops up above his head!  I can almost smell the smoke and blood, and taste the dust on my tongue.
