the M16 is nowhere near overpowered.  It takes two/three bursts to take out a moving target unless you pull off a headshot.  If you want overpowered, look at the MP5 or P90.

Great interview and now I'll have to look into Search & Destroyed now, since I'm looking to get away from the Team Deathmatch, as much fun as it is.  Isn't that fun when the maps keep cycling through Downpour, Showdown, and Crossfire, but thats just how things are.
