Maybe not go to that same spot multiple times?  All you do by that is feed your opponent's killing spree and put the other team one step closer to winning.

I seriously can't think of one spot in Halo 3 where you can camp and not have to constantly watch your back.  Bungie was smart in designing multiple paths that can be taken into rooms to allow flanking and discourage camping.  Get killed going one way?  Go the other - not the same time after time.

However, in COD I found many instances of players camping a single spot where I could never kill them (doorways is a big one).  One instance I remember was going after this one guy that had been prone camping this one spot the entire game.  Even after tossing a crab load of flash bangs and my two frags, and charging in, I found him still very much alive.  And you know how that story ends (me=dead).

    It's horrible.

who religiously plays Halo, I think its pretty naive to think that theres no camping spots in Halo.  Just look at snowbound how many times have people camped out the basement, or even the buildings.  Yes there are multiple routes in and out but now instead of having 1 guy camping you have a whole team.  We've had enough Halo vs. COD here and we know who stands on what side of this war.  I just dont understand when everytime we bring something up about one game someone on either side has to defend their holy game.

You're targeting only one map.  Bungie knows the frustration with shield doors, and that's why you rarely see the few maps that contain them appear in Matchmaking.

Personally I'd like to hear a map named that doesn't contain shield doors that you think is a camp fest.
