    There are a few options available. I can help with converting this to a SharePoint site which would really give you a lot of options. Everything from blogs to Wikis to being able to do themes etc...

    On the other hand, if you want something more home grown, we can always go the ASP.NET route as well. Which will give you pretty much all the same options, just a bit more work involved.
