Gearheads of War

I don't buy the clone theory.  Yeah, the COG could have started cloning soldiers, but I think that they would have resorted to that as a last ditch effort after Operation Lifeboat (using able-bodied men from "The Stranded") was deemed a failure.  Now Operation Lifeboat is enacted in Gears 2 which explains the introduction of Dizzy.  It would be pretty funny if Carmine is back kind of like South Park's Kenny.  LOL  I think that it's a family member (brother or cousin) with the last name of Carmine.
