    You don't get to view the full issue, only about 12 pages, and the Gears Article isn't part of those 12.

      You need to confirm the e-mail that is sent to you.  After you hit the link in your e-mail, you have to enter your user name & password.  Voila!  The entire issue is there in all its' glory.  There's nothing to install because it's all hosted on zinio.com's servers.
