Gearheads of War

That is what I suggested years ago over at HBO when Bungie was still making Halo 3.  Anyone who quits a game half way though, should not be allowed to rejoin another game until at least 10 minutes have passed.  If someone needs to quit a game for legitimate purposes, usually it takes at least that much time to take care of what they needed to take care of.  If it is for illegitimate purposes, then they shouldn't be playing and quitting anyway.

Instead, Bungie just gave them minus 1 experience point!  NOT AT ALL EFFECTIVE!  EPIC FAIL at trying to solve the quitters problem. If they were going to use that system, they needed to do something serious like minus 30 or 50 points.  But nah, the PENALTY BOX is what they have to have.
