Grymm said you had personal matters to take care of and that was plenty of reason for me to justify you leaving. Just give it time abe. Everything will either fall into place or it won't. If it doesn't then maybe it's for the best. I am the master of waiting on things to fall into place. I lost my best friend because of a girl. But it wasn't the girl's fault. It was his. He ended up being a giant douchebag. It's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it. Just give her the time she needs to figure things out. Hopefully she will realize that the senior guy is just a huge douche and you will be better for her. If not then just move on and let it go.
