Not really
for the most part, it's because they put all the traits into perks, getting rid of any decent character customization (beyond looks), they screwed up PARTS of the lore (like the brotherhood of steel), they got rid of groin and eye shots (but thats to balance out Vats vs. real time isn't it), there are also no more children, no more random events when fast traveling, there are "essential" characters now. I think this should rather be called "fallout: East Coast" rather than Fallout 3. Fallout 3 WOoOoOoOt... WOoOt! |
