I call the nice automated customer support number that came with my 360. I am reading the options that are listed. Press 2 if you are experiencing three flashing red light. So I press 2 and they tell me to retart the xbox. Check already tried that. Unplugg the cords and replugged them. check already did that. Okay unattach the hard drive if you have one and then retart. Check tried that too.
Next thing I did was too call back and talk to an actual person. Tell them that I followed the directions on the automated number and they tell me right now their system is down and they can not put in a call to tech support to call back around 9pm est.
So I call back sunday morning and speak to a different person. They have me go threw the same thing that I did on saturday and I do it one more time and I still have three flashing red lights. This time they ask me what color is the power light. I tell them its green and they said that was a good sign. But again their computer system was down and they told me to call back in 24hrs and they gave my a reference number to give when I call back.
Right now I am frustrated.Because I am with out the 360 and gears of war is only a couple of weeks away. does any body know what kind of turn around they have with reparing their 360.Is my hard drive going to be deleted.
