I Mean, this is just confirmation for the 4 or 5 people who where skeptical about it being multi platform, haha.

    If epic wants to sell 3 million copies like they did for gears they diffently want to bring unreal to the 360 now way they do that kind of numbers on the PS3 right now

        So for UT they'll sell, 3m on 360 and another 1m on PS3.

        Heh, actually I dont know, the UC games never did that good on Xbox that I know of. Maybe that's why the UT3 trailer says "from the studio that brought you GOW". They want that to rub off on the UT series.

        I'm super, super excited for this game. It's probably my #1 most wanted game. Or maybe a tie between this and Halo3, but that' it. I'm a big UT fan from way back. The original UT was maybe my favorite PC game ever.

    I am glad they decided to bring it to the 360.  Always thought it was odd that it would come to it, considering GoW and all.  I play UT2004 on the PC and it was fun, but I think LIVE will trump that experience easily.

    Also, I have read that the actually UT3 engine looks even better then gears do?????  Which I can't even believe nor imagine.  WOW, I can't wait to see some videos are screens.

    That trailer really impressed me. I haven't been a fan of UT since the original, but maybe this one can get me interested again!

    I never got into the UT franchise.  It could've been that I wasn't really a PC gamer.  Plus, the weapons in this game kind of look like the weapons in Prey, which I hated.  I hope it's good...but I'm skeptical right now.

      Basically, the unreal series is the fastest shooter game of all time, and imo the best FPS of all time.

      The only reason i could see you not liking it is because it is not really a casual game. It takes some time to get good at it. The amount of guns and different multiplayer options are insane.

      Still my favorite series ever since i played it so damn much on the PC.

        but the weapons didn't have any weight to them.  I wanted to feel the impact of heavy weaponry.  That's what a game is about.  I KNOW that's something that's huge with my bro.  So I'm hoping it got into UT as well.

        I just never really played PC games.  Probably because the PC I had never had the proper speed or graphics card to play the games right.

            you should first warm up to Unreal Tourney on Dreamcast, that's how I got in, after that I got UT03 and was HOOKED.  
            Plus now you can get the game and Dreamcast for like $30 at Bob's Game Store.  I just might do that, and pick up Powerstone 2 while I'm at it.

      But in my opinion the original UT was probably better than the original half-life.

      It just blew my mind at the time. Sort of like the first time you played Mortal Kombat as a kid (for you old folks like me). I was just stunned when the announcer started booming out in an ultra deep voice  "Head shot" Or "Multi-kill" and whatnot. That just wasn't done back then. And Facing Worlds? Maybe still on of the most awe inspiring maps in videogame history.

      The sequels have not been as good. It's hard to recapture that original genius, just like Half Life 2 is cool and all, but it'll never change things like the original did.

        There was no sense of wonder in that game. I stopped playing early on. I was hoping for much more.

        I still need to play that game...it's on my "need to play list". It still might be a good shooter, the intro just shows it's not going to match HL1's awesomeness.
