Soldier of Fortune: Payback

Booya.  Coming out on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, this game makes Gears of War look like Viva Pinata.  I'm pretty excited about this.  They just recently came out and announced the game, and it's coming out in November!  They kept it well-hidden from the press.  Anyone else going to be picking this one up?  O, and check out the Gamevideos 'Teaser' trailer, it's awesome.

      My 360 broke about a week ago, and I just got the E-mail from UPS saying that it's now in Texas, so I'll get that back in about 4 weeks.  Since then, I've been online because I've recovered my account on a friend's Xbox.  Then on Friday, I found out my friend had an extra Xbox (don't ask), so I asked if I could borrow that.  He said sure, I picked it up yesterday, brought it home, and found out that too is broken.  It turns on fine, I can even hear the game being played, there's only one slight problem: the video output is busted.  I know it's the Xbox and not the cable because I tried hooking it up directly to my T.V. and that still didn't work.  Soooo, I'm now borrowing my neighbor's Xbox because he doesn't play ever during the week, but on weekends he'll either play at my house or take it until the following week starts up.  BUT, I can't really play with you during the week as I'm mostly playing with my friends from school who just got 360s because of H3.  SO, in 4 weeks, when Halo has mostly died down among my friends AND I get MY Xbox back, I'll probably start playing with you (and the gearheads) again...

      That was complicated......

    Too much gore for me.  I don't mind blowing aliens to bits, but men's arms and legs flying everywhere is not what I consider my cup of tea.  However, it is very well done, just not for me.

      I tried to, but it just said Gamevideos in the link even when I clicked on the video on the side.  I guess that's how it works or I have a shitty computer, but yea, the only link I could have given was simply www.gamevideos.com.  Sorry.  It's on the front page I think, though.

      I don't know if that's a good or bad thing!  And for those worried that a game like this messes you up or anything like that, my older brother used to play a lot of the original Soldier of Fortune, and now he's a priest!

    And seeing this is like it's a whole different game. Personally I'd like if you, say, shot the Head off, it would start rolling for a more dramatic experience, but hey, as long as there's decapitations I'm happy.
