what are the system requirements for gears pc. i dont want to wait until christmas to play it so i want to see if a small upgrade to my pc right now will let me play it even if it isnt maxed.

btw, is there going to be any link between the pc version and the xbox version. that would be pretty awesome

        but since you already have xbl, there really isn't a difference. I think that Gold players can play ranked matches or something that's not really necessary.

        with a silver membership you get all the online options. The only thing gold gives you is access to ranked matches, which, as I've said before, is the a-hole of xbl, so I wouldn't worry about it. But you have an XBL account anyways so don't worry about it.

I just bought (none / 0)

the 360 wireless gaiming reciever for my PC and upgraded my video card to a 512mb instead of 256 and bought a new RAM stick with an additional 1GB of memory bringing me to a solid 2GBs.
I am now ready for a truly Unreal experience.

Its frickin ridiculous!
The gameplay and framerate are phenomonal.
I think I just pee'd my pants...
But honestly, it was well worth the Doe.
Which in the end was only $180.00

256MB RAM (LOL!)
32MB RAM VC (ROFL!)
but DVD+DVDRW drives
although this thing was top of the line... like 8 years ago :D

We had a good run... Great season though boys, and the seniors will be missed...

    got one of the miny economy size ones that have no room for upgrades. and on top of that, it was a crappy computer anyways that would barely run computer games from the 90's!!
    needless to say i am going to invest in my own very soon
