Square Enix

Has signed a deal to use the Unreal Engine 3 in their up coming games. I am not a big fan of the final fantasy series but this is something that I am going to keep my eye on. And also Square Enix said in the past that they want to do something new for the 360 so maybe this has something to do with it.And its great news for Epic that a huge company like Square Enix is going to use their engine.

      Man that's big, what kind of game would they make with this engine?  Interesting...

      I will meditate on this.

      Well they did put out that wannabe shooter, Dirge of Cerberus.  It wasn't bad, but it could have been a whole lot better.  I borrowed it and a PS2 from a buddy.  The interface was wild.  The graphics were pretty good.

      Maybe if they had an amazing engine like that it could have worked, ironic.

    you think Unreal Engine 3 and Fps is the first think that jumps to your mind and how would that fit into the Final Fantasy universe. And then you look at Bioware and their using the Unreal Engine to make Mass Effect and it starts to get interesting.
