Sorry

To any gearheads who send me an invite to join them in a game during the week.If I do not respond. The reason is during the week I watch my 3 month daughter at nights while my wife is working. As much as I would love to join you guys in a match, but she would only be good for about an hour and then she starts to fuss and I would have to bail on the game. And I do not think that would be fair to you guys. I try to let who ever sends me an invite that I can not make it and thanks for the invite. But I did not want you guys to think I was a snob and I do not want to play with you guys. Trust me I love getting invites to play and I would respond to the invite If I could.

I'm sure it's very appreciated by the senders.

I completely understand.  I think many of us have families that demand our immediate attention from time to time.

Being a father obviously takes precedence over gaming!

Don't sweat it, Dan!  I've got a beautiful 4-yr. old daughter who I only get to spend quality time with on the evenings since both my wife & I work.  It's good to know that you've definitely set your priorities with family being the most important.  The guys & gals surely understand.

I don't think any of us expect people to join every time we throw out invitations.  And I definitely know where you're coming from.  I have a two year old daughter who just recently learned to say, "Marcus Fenix."  One of these days I'm going to put up a video of her saying it because it's hilarious.

But family always comes first.  We all understand that.
