Friday Night Frag Fest: The Good, The Bad, and The Pistol

I just wanted to do a rundown on how the Frag Fest went last night for me!  

We had quite a few Gearheads coming through: Joeyscorpse, MDK x2002x, Prodigy 839, Neegrat, Apokolypsecow, Dark Karma 76, ESuns, Gears of X, Kenai 91, Kryonn, Macaface, Naveeda, ViolentbyDesign, amongst others (sorry if I missed ya).

Prodigy Reborn was his normal self amassing massive kill counts with relative ease.  Of note was how ESuns and Kenai 91 really stepped their game up, being teams leaders in kills several times!  Great Job guys!

My MVP for the night was Kryonn.  While Prodigy did what he always does, destroys all before him, Kryonn played perfectly last night, his shotgun should be mounted in a museum in NY! hahah

I was also pleased to see us trying out multiple hosts, MDK ran a game that we joined for a while, I hosted and so did Prodigy.  We continued to try different hosts until the lag was at a minimum, finally choosing my connection for the games.  

I had a great time guys!  And I love a great challenge, so when Prodigy had his team of all stars destroying myself and my squad, I died with a smile on my face! hahah

    I did not make it to your game untill you guys where wraping things up. But the good thing is I got to play with a bunch of diffent gearheads that I never played with before, earlier in the night.

    when we were playing on canals. you beat down everyone lol. I started off kinda slow, but I came around once I switched teams.

    As Master Pre mentioned, Kryonn savin' our asses on several occasions, like, I mean, he took all four enemies out, or, we were down to just him and two or three bad guys, and he came up clutch ftw.

    Master Pre and his machete, wait, that isn't a machete, it is a pistol.  I finally understood what it is about him and the pistol.  It is like a combination right out of Virtua Fighter where he puts slugs into a few and then runs around pistol whipping everyone till they bow down in repentance and sorrow!  The first of many times that I saw it, I burst out laughing.  There was Pre, disciplining everyone like an angry school house teacher in 1850.

    For my own personal favorite, it was with extreme pleasure that I gave my life for Prodigy's (a revive) and I got to see him go on to take three kills and the win!  It is one thing to revive someone, die yourself, and then have to sadly watch the fellow you revived go down in a blaze of glory.  But to see your brother-in-arms avenge your death in such a dramatic fashion.  Well, it just makes it all worth while.  That is the Gears Experience!

    It was fun, it was sooo much fun!  Gaming with friends, that is what it is all about.

    It was pretty cool to see that all the gamer tags were guys from GH.  I did get to invite one of my local Michigan friends in for a while.  It's nice to play a highly competive game with guys who are just having fun.  BTW the rumors about Master Pre's pistol are not rumors to me anymore.  I was on the receiving end of that pistol / beatdown several/many times!!  Had a blast!

    for the kind comments guys.  I was playing last night (Saturday) and towards the end of the night I got absolutely, possitively DESTROYED!  hahah

    Everybody was great sports, but there was no hiding the fact that I got owned to the N'th degree!

    Great games on Friday night, and thanks for the humbling last night.

    yea, it was like a saving private ryan moment, except.....im prodigy lol. Sunday night brawl was pretty fun too, although pre cut it short for chinese and watchin the oscars with the wife ;( its ok pre, i gotta a whole bundle full of arrows awaitin ya on friday lol. I understand though lol, I think i know very well where a true male/gamer/pimp's priorities lie. Speakin of which i gotta go out with my girlfriend. Damn i am whipped, but its ok, she will get her beating too lol. And the funny thing is that she is watching me type this as we speak :)
