Gearheads of War

Its only satisfying if its one of those quick ones where you pop out and blast their head off without aiming too much. Its gotta be quick, clean, and messy.

Letting them bleed to death.

I like it when I get a headshot with the pistol from long range.

to me the Boomshot and taking out multiple people at once is the best.  But it happens so rarely.  I guess that's why I like it so much.

In the single player campaign, no question it's the sniper rifle "pop" of the head (I just have a really hard time doing it in MP games).  I dig the chainsaw kill and nothing is better than the curb stomp, but the boom shot is awesome to take out multiple opponents.

Sniper head splash for me.  No other game gives you close to the amount of satisfaction given to you when you see, and maybe even more importantly hear, another guy's head explode.

I love the fact that you shoot them and hit with the bow, watch them run around for like 2 seconds into their teamates and then hear a BADASS explosion.

the longshot headshot is the best in any game.

Sniper kills are extremely satisfying, but like papi mentioned, they are really hard to obtain in MP.  To those who are frequently successful, I salute you.

However, personally, two events stand out in my mind, both involved the boomshot, and both were on Clock Tower.

The first one was when I took out two Locusts running down the stairs towards me.  One shot and they both went flying to either side.  They said it was a lucky shot, but it wasn't.  I lined it up and the site was red-to-go.  THEY shouldn't have been running down the stairs, holding hands like two lovers.  I always try to stay just far enough away from my teammates so that no one else can do the same to me.

The second time was only about 15 meters from the Boomshot spawn.  This time, Really Doe and at least one other were standing over my bleeding out body.  It was the second time they were "playing with their food" as I like to call it.  The first time, the game before, was humilating enough, the second time, they waited too long, I stood up, and pulled the trigger and took them both out FTW - cheers and shouts all around.  It was getting late, and RedChief, who was on my team, told me I should quit because it doesn't get any better than that.  Nervously laughing, I didn't know if I had just been complimented or not.  ha ha ha.  It was good, though.  Teach ya to play with your food!

of sniper + chainsaw. I think the greatest thing ever is to snipe an opponents head off of his shoulders while he's being chainsawed. Sure, it's completely redundant and maybe a waste of ammo, but damn if it isn't the most humiliating way to go. I've only done it once (which, I guess, isn't all that bad considering I am so rarely able to play online) but it was beautiful.

I like those moments when you just killed someone with the shotty by a first-shot-kill, especially when the enemy's frazzled body pieces stand still in the air for a second and then fall on the ground.

I sometimes run into action like a kamakazi well one time I was downed and the group I was with opened fire on the other team and they left me there to bleed out turning there backs to me and when I got up I chainsawed the hole team one by one - they should of killed me why I was down. (lol) It was like a circle jerk with a chainsaw.
