Doesn't that just say that the gore in final game will be the same as beta? Which is just some blood... like halo 1 and 2 which were both rated M for gore.

what everyone was saying about the gore in halo was just that each kill isn't quite as satisfying as it is in gears. Does that really mean there is an object up my ass?

never said there is going to be as much/more gore than gears but that article/statement has nothing to do with the MP beta, it has to do with campaign. and a beta is a beta, not a final version like the campaigne was. so just calm down and wait and see ;)

Doesn't need to up its game by adding gore.  There has always been a bit o blood at your death or a covenant demise.  So, what was seen in the beta seemed on par.  

Folks, I think where you may see a bit more gore than before could be during our encounters with the Flood.  Think on that a bit.  

Plus, if there is any comparison to gore in Gears to Halo, then we'll have to wait and see what animations are in store for us when the plasma swords are unleashed.  There may not be blood, cauterized in plasma, but I imagine their could be parts and pices left in their wake.  

I think Halo3 is all about refining the game they established with 1 and 2 using the 360 power, not revoutionizing the game.

A three game story arch, trilogy, seems awfully short for such a revered game genre.  I think that Spartans are not finished fighting, but I think that once Halo3 is complete, there may be a new Spartan adventure.  One that utilizes 360 power and is on parr with the new bar set by Gears using 3rd person, cover mechanics, and bungie goodness.  

Atleast, that is my hope.
