but still haven't had a chance to try it.  In theory, it should blow the socks of the Tony Hawk series.  I look forward to trying it out.

I hope you can change the camera angle, I'm having a hard time lining up grinds and what not. I'm suprised at how much better it is than Tony Hawk though. Can't wait till it comes out.

graphics are great, but most importantly... the physics are mind blowing. The way the game plays out is more immersing than any game I've played on wii. Definite day one buy for me. I mean, i used to skate back in the day, and most of the time it looks JUST LIKE IT SHOULD. Everything from sliding around on the rail while grinding to reversing the way you flick the stick for a nollie. This game is great.

I found it hard at first, but once your get past the learning curve its TONS of fun and looks just mindblowing.

you guys should check under options for "noob setting". That might help

do people give TH games so much shit?  The point is that it's not realistic, it's arcadey fun.  Skate and TH can easily co-exist.

Looking forward to dl'ing this demo, though, looks awesome.

I was looking at the music any game that has a track of Devo's Q. Are we men? A. We are Devo gets props in my book, that album is great. I liked Tony Hawk 2, it had Rodney Mullen, and part 3 was even better because you could actually skate like mullen with the awesome flatland moves. That was kinda when the series peaked for me, the last one I played was the one with the last song Hot Snakes recorded before they broke up, and that was just because I wanted to hear it. I think that was like 7.
