Release Day DLC confirmed. Gold HB revealed!

Ok, so everyone has heard about EPIC giving everyone a voucher with DLC remakes of a few Gears 1 maps. (Tyro, Mansion, and Canals). Well, apparently that was just a rumor... until now. Some nub on the official forum found an article on GamePro.com that confirms that the DLC maps WILL be as a voucher with every new copy of Gears 2. Also, it shows the very first pic of the Golden Hammerburst! Check it out..

Also, take notice that there are now 15 MP maps shipping in the box!!

including 5 old maps with the new game, what a novel idea. DUH to all the other developers who can't seem to understand that.
Sure, I am not going to be tossing those five into the rotation anytime soon, but within a couple of months, I think I will be ready to revisit them. And you know what, I won't have to go back to broke-ass Gears 1 to do so.
There is a lot of love in that little box released on 11/7.

  badass those reworked five maps will be, Suns! The Subway map will have moving trains and we've already seen the Gridlock (v. 2.0)redux. The only 'meh' that I have out of the five is the Tyro Station. I think that we all would have had a silmultaneous busting of our nuts on the screen if it would have been Fuel Depot that was announced.

will be on the newly remastered Gridlock, i got my first achievement Always Remeber Your First there and finally my last achievement Seriously... there so i will pay my respects by playing my first match on Gridlock

    i plan on joining you guys when gears 2 comes out because i have no time to do anything because of school and football and football ends when gears 2 comes out. I'll join an FFF as soon as i have the chance.
