This is just flat out wrong to have this achievement before it even released. He had to of cheated. The guy said that you can get it in 24 hours. My ass. Here's the proof. There are no spoilers in the picture so you can look for the ones who don't want any new stuff.

I sent him a private chat yesterday just to actually see it, and he does in fact have it. But to me, since he pretty much stole the game, I dont count it as being the first person to get it.

  is this guy stole close to a thousand copies of gears 2 and fable 2 from a manufacturing plant that makes the discs. He was selling them pretty much out of his car when he got pulled over for a traffic violation and the cops found all of the games lol.
