im stuck at rank 3, trying to get to rank 4 but it seems i need to win more, so i require a good group of people to win with.

I can't rank up from the third. The problem is my teammates I get always suck. That is why for me its only fun going into matchmaking with a full party.

  I had rank 4 for awhile, then lost like 4 wingman matches in a row with a shitty partner (kidding, he was drunk though lol) and it dropped down to a 3

      dude I ended up pwning them in guardian, I was the leader and had 19 kills in one round without dying. I ended up just going to the lobby cause the guy was glitching out of the map as the leader so I couldnt win. I ended up like 32 kills and 2 deaths or something. What scrubs.

at the moment. i've only seen one rank 5 so far playing online. ill keep working on it. like everyone else, i need to find a good team to play with.

a lot of people make ranks seem so important. I really dont care about my rank. Its just a small add-on for me.

  I don't give a shit really about ranks either. The thing that kept me pushing forward in Call of Duty 4 was the promise of all those cool weapons and then finally the red tiger camo for my M4. Then once I got it, I didn't really care any more.

    "rank" unlocked weapons and perks. Also, it came for free. Even if you were lousy at it, eventually, you fulfilled the requirements and unlocked the goodies. I ruined my online gaming opportunities by truly "ranking" up and going prestige. Once I lost my claymores, and dead silence perks and whatever else it was that I had grown to rely on, I was in big trouble.
