Last night, JohnE, Blank, Zoso, Grymm, Really Doe and I played late into their night (I think some of them were quiting at 6:00am). It was an absolute blast!

One thing I got to thinking about was that I would really like the option to have a spectators/sub bench in the room (even just passive connections for watching and shootin' the breeze while they wait their turn.)  I would also like to have, say, 16+1 allowed in the lobby (even if the gaming is limited to 5v5).  The +1 could be for the person who would sacrifice playing to host.  I would rather have this option, even than a saved films type recording option, though that would be great too.

And yeah, as Hellfire put it, this ain't Gears 1.5! No way, baby!

actually you know what

I was thinking, was that they put some kind of "Dedicated Server" DLC that you can download with a code from the instruction manual or something, so that you can set aside an xbox as a dedicated server or something and still play in another room.

Rainbow six vegas 1 had something similar but i think you had to have 2 copies of the game.

What do you think? could it work?

one other thing i noticed

but at 1:18 in the video, it says "Defend the Derick from the Brumaks" meaning theres more than 1 running around!? COOL!

Yep

There are at least two shown in the game play footage.

Well, I've no doubt that if they offered

that Dedicated server option, even if it required an extra copy of the game and another xbox, there would be people even just in our little community that would be willing to set it up.

Hey, hillbillies, those not logs. They for wipie-wipie.
