Ever wonder what the perception of video games was before you were born? Ok, well I don't think I have either but the answer is hilarious.

Bill O'Reilley gave his take on Nintendo on an inside report back in 1988. That's right, that year existed. Watching the video will give you an idea of just how far video game have come since the late 80s.

We have a lot to be thankful for!

I am DEFINITELY making a video using this guy's voice...I don't know when I'll finish it, but rest assured it'll be awesome.

I have the

home video of when I got my NES at Christmas. It's pretty funny wish I had it to upload. I think I was 9.

Bunch of whipper snappers!

I remember the time when there were NO video games at all.  The only thing they had in arcades were pinball machines!

Then, there was pong and then football and Space Invaders.  Then came Space Panic, Wizards of Wor, the Atari 2600 and then Intellivision (awesome sports games).

Years later came the NES.  ;)

Suns

do you remember the Fair Child system?  I used to play bowling on it with my Dad all the time, it had a weird controller too.

No, that must have been somewhat obscure.

Maybe even available only in the US.  Hmm....  Do you remember the Trash80?  (Radio Shack' 4kb "personal" computer TRS80)
