BEWARE- Phishing scam!!!

If you received any messages from any Gearheads or people from your friend's list saying "M2AF Go to loginxbox.tk for 1600 MS points..."

IT IS A PHISHING SCAM!!!

If you did log-in to that site, you need to change your password IMMEDIATELY via your 360 console or your computer. Apparently the hack sends it to everyone that's on your XBL friend's list that was currently on-line via XBL at that time.

Remember, if it's too good to be true; it often is.

    Send the request for a password change to your email or an alternate email addie. Then access your email message from MS to authenticate it. After you've done that, change your password on your 360 console to your new password.

ANY external site asking you to put in ANY xboxlive login info is a scam/fake, unless it has the windows live login ID (bungie and lionheads website).

  understand that anybody that was actually on XBL at that particular time was hit with the hack. You didn't necessarily need to log in to that phishing site to affect the people on the friend's list.
