Fable 2 DLC and a little SPOILER

So the Fable 2 DLC comes out tomorrow and it has a special surprise. If you haven't finished the game or don't want to know about the DLC spoiler then I suggest you stop reading.

The DLC will feature a resurrection shrine. The shrine will have one use and one use only. It's aimed at all of you animal lovers out there.

    So I added the word spoiler a bunch of times to make the diary be more spread out, and for some reason after I published it it didn't stay that way. I don't know what happened. Since we still can't edit diaries I'm hoping an admin can fix this rather quickly.

      Man, I absolutely love Fable 2! I'm waiting on the reviews & the additional playtime length for the Knothole Island DLC before I purchase it.

        The preview was pretty positive so given how much I played Fable 2 and the positive preview, I'm def putting out the Microsoft points on this one!

        I'll post impressions if I get a chance to actually play it today.

          and it looks beautiful! Haven't played enough to see how deep the DLC will be but the story is interesting and should be fun. More later...

    over at NeoGaf, the DLC totals about 2-4 hours of extra game time. For $10 (800 MS points), I really expect more. Also, the story of Knothole Island isn't related to the current story whatsoever. Damn, I will wait until they drop the price on that or the next Fable 2 DLC. :(

    •  BTW: Hal's Rifle (Halo's Assault Rifle) is in... (none / 0)

      the DLC. You have to retrieve itfrom your mystery chest in the Guild Cave. It's been confirmed by Lionhead Studios and several forum posters that have gained the weapon. The stats are 54 dmg, 24 shots per clip. You must exchange Pure XP points for the Legendary weapon.
