Painting my XBox 360

I've got a question for you guys.

Do any of you know how to best approach painting your 360? I would like my entire 360 to be black, I don't want any neon lights or stuff like that.
Is any other means of making my 360 black other than painting? I've seen guys with some pretty cool case mod's but I don't want anything fancy, at least for now.
