Swat Team Needed for Public Matches

So lately I don't get much time to play due to working at Microsoft During the Day, and Teaching during the nights and weekends. But when I do play I like to play public matches. It's not that I want to rank up to show that I am that good to everyone else... I want to rank up because it gives me a tangible way of tracking my own personal progress and improvement at gears 2. I also can't do voice chat right now due to some items I am testing. So private matches tend to not be as fun for me since gearheads like to sit for 20-30 minutes at times and chat, which is normally awesome, but since I cannot chat outside of sending voice messages, just gets frustrating for me. So here is what I am looking for..
I want to find a group that is also looking to play public matches (Mainly Elimination or Wingman). That way during the times that I am online I know who to invite to put a squad together. I am sick of going into random games and consistently being the top scorer in the match but being on the losing team because my teamates can't get more than 5 kills combined over a 5 round match... I know all the gearheads are competent and figure if there are any of you looking to do some public matches hit me up and let me know. Whenever you see me on you can bet that I am looking for some public matches. I really want to get my rank up so I can get put in matches with players that are better than me and really have to work to improve myself. So help me out, who wants to be on the Gearheads SWAT team?
