I bid you adieu.

Of course it was bound to happen again, my Xbox bit the dust, no big deal.
I thought that anyway. Tomorrow marks the 3 year anniversary of Microsoft's ridiculously faulty video game console and also the expiration of the warranty. Gears 2 is a great game, I love it, but honestly I just don't care as much for video games as I used to. Not only is it my senior year in high school and I have a lot more freedom now that I have a car and a flow of cash. I'd hate to say it, but I may have grown out of video games. Ever since I was 4 I've played video games. Hell, the first game my dad bought me was Doom for the Sega Genesis. Games just aren't appealing to me as they were before and now that my Xbox is trash, I don't feel the desire to replace it anymore. I'm sick of it.
So with that, I plan on leaving behind my 360. It has caused way too many problems and the amount of discs it has broken isn't worth it now. I won't be quitting games for good though. I'll still try to get on occasionally (my brother has an Xbox) and I'll still try to participate in Gearhead shenaniganry, but no longer will I play Xbox like I used to.
It's time to close this dryer. The t-shirts are done.
Sincerely, Joey Leen
