Gears 2 Interviews & Studio Photos/Video = COOL!!!

Hey guys,
While browsing the Web today I found some interviews from 'The Escapist'
There is a couple cool interviews regarding Gears 2 with Cliff, Rod the producer, Tim Sweeney CEO and President Mike Capps. They sit in on a meeting about Gears 2 plus video of the studio and some pictures aswell.
I wish we had one of those pantries at work, look at all the Snacks!!!
Hopefully this hasn't already been posted, I did not see it. Anyways enjoy, they are all good reads if you have the time.
PS. Life-size CARMINE statue is awesome!
