WTF Bethesda, you got rid of groin and eye shots... WHY. First you get rid of traits (aka traits, permanent bonuses/disadvantages you are born with, NOT PERKS), then children, then random events when fast traveling. Oh well, if I get this for the PC I'll grab the first trait mod I see. Anyway I'm pretty sure fallout: East coast... er I mean fallout 3 will be fun and the greatest game of this year, next to gears 2 of course.
