Gearheads of War

I always wanted to get the first Skate, but it was one of those games that just slipped by me, where I never had money and the opportunity to buy it at the same time.  
Skate 2 comes out this week, different days depending on where you buy it from.  I'll be picking it up after I'm finished with this hectic finals week.  I love the approach to controls, it just feels so natural and fluid. (except for the running off your board lol).  I love the community it creates with Skate.Reel (a system for editing and uploading your saved replays for others to view. it embraces the skating culture nicely.  A new feature this time around that has me really excited is the graphics creator.  It's like the custom vinyls in Forza, except you can stick them on your board, or clothing, and it's done on the computer.  It's a pretty primitive tool, but it gets the job done.  There's some really artistic designs that have been made already.
