Gearheads of War

Yep, thats right everyone, Activision has officailly declared that CoD: Modern Warefare 2 will be released Fall of 2009. Im sure that yall probably already knew judging from the fact that a new CoD title has been released every year since the 360 came out. This one of course will hopefully be done by infinity ward.

I personally like that they are going back to the modern theme, i didnt like Cod 3 and the newest one really didnt attract my attention. the story of 4 was fantastic and i hope the new one will deliver one just as great.

Im going to throw a poll up. If you could have a CoD set in anytime period what period would you pick, adn why?

I've played the CoDWaW beta pretty extensively, so here are my thoughts on the "sequel" To the CoD series.  did treyarch manage to bend over CoD and...well...you know, or did they put in a competent effort and actually improve on it's ancestors?
