Gearheads of War

This is a letter to papi, Blankman, and MDK.

I am sure you have your own questions but, if amongst all the heaving chests  moist with perspiration, you find some time to visit the Valve booth, please put them on the spot and ask them:

1.  Are you in fact still working on DLC for Team Fortress 2?  (If so) Can we expect it by Christmas, and what can we expect in terms of content and pricing? I don't know what you can squeeze out of them, but I would be grateful for any further confirmation and info they would offer.

2.  Why should gamers buy L4D2? Let Valve provide the reasons.  Many, not just here, but elsewhere as well, thought that they were only getting a fraction of a game with the first one. (I wasn't part of that group, but there are many who think that.)

Stop for just a second and prepare your mind for E3.  Here are games that you may be seeing in the next few days...

Assassins Creed 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Modern Warfare 2, Halo: Reach?, Halo ODST, APB, Lost Planet 2, Dead Rising 2, Bioshock 2 and so many more yet hidded in secrecy...And these are just a few possible 360 games that will be shown.

I don't know about you but I am freaking pumped.  One of the reasons E3 is significant this year is because we have more guys on the floor than ever before.  MDK, Blankman and Papi will all be attending some portion of E3. (MDK has already recorded a special short podcast with someone that I think you all will enjoy...;)

         Gotta love Penny Arcade!  Let's see what's in store for E3 this year?

E3 is less than a week away and I'm really excited.  Here at GearHeads, we have some great stuff planned (keep your eyes here for a list of all we'll be doing in the next few days) and from the looks of it, all the media outlets are heading in at full force.

Whether it is G4's sick list of demos they'll be showing or 1UP's special Listen Up airing on G4 on Thursday (with special E3 podcasts coming every day prior)we are in for one fantastic week.

In order for us to provide better coverage of everything that is going on, what are the top games you want to hear about the most? If there is a game not on the list please post!

*Note: Just a point of clarification; we will have three representatives at E3 this year!  papi, MDK, and Blank will be representing the Gearheads in full effect!  MDK will be there for the MS Press Conference and throughout the entire E3 while papi & Blank will most likely attend the opening day, Tuesday and/or possibly Wednesday.  Let's not forget our very own resident games industry Gearhead, David Ellis, as well!
