well i have been on an unreal editor/ gears pc binge for the last day and a half and this is the result

a default textured box with marcus fenix shooting up the walls.

it is extremely basic but i am very pleased to have finaly produced anything (never messed with an editor before).  i dont know how to import textures yet but here it is

has anyone heard about that.  some one told me about that after i failed 3 times getting into a ranked match on gh3.  i dont know if there is any truth in it but i would like to know so i dont mess up my xbox

i just bought gears for my pc and i was wondering if anybody knew how to get into the editor.  i want to mess around with it but i dont know how to open it.

also, the online gameplay seems choppy, does anybody know how to fix that..........................................................................

i want to buy ut3 for my pc and i was wondering if anyone had it.  if you do could you tell me what you think.  i dont want to make a blind purchase and i have not talked to anybody that has played it yet.  the guy at game stop said that it was alot like 2k4 but with better graphics but i never played 2k4.  i would appreciate your thoughts

my video card might hold me back but i will probalby only play wow and ut3 (if i buy it)

so i just got what would appear to be guitar hero 4, or at least 3.5.  i got it for my verizon phone and it is really fun (for a phone game). it is actually a mixture of the songs from all 3 guitar heros.  i would recomend that you buy it if you have get it now.  

and if you hold you phone just right, it really feels like you are playing guitar ;) . right now i am about half way through the expert career.

Has anybody ever seen the movie based on the Vietnam War and the book Heart of Darkness call Apocalypse?  Well...

My English class has been watching it and it is a pretty good movie, very violent though.  Anyways, it got me wondering why there has never been a video game based on the Vietnam War or the Korean War.  Every other war fought in the last 100 years has been covered, even the Iraq war.  It cant be the matter of public opinion because the Iraq war isnt that popular and there is already a game about that or at least based on something similar.  And, that would not cover the Korean War.  I was just wondering what you thought.  

sorry, i know that i already asked about the specs but i was wondering if anyone knew if i could run the game on a 2.0 Ghz procesor without any problems.  i am kind of in a bind right now and i dont know what to do.................................................................................................. .............

i was excited to see that slash would be performing on guitar hero 3 and that there would be songs both from gnr and velvet revolver.  however, through 7 playlists of 8 i have seen no sign of velvet revolver.  i have checked to make sure that it is not on the game anywhere (through many sites) and sure enough, no velvet revolver.  i wouldnt be posting this though if that was it.  while watching comedy central 2 minutes and 35 seconds ago i heard a song that i liked and saw two guys playing what appeared to be guitar hero 3.  after thinking for a few minutes and singing through the song i realized that it was none other that velvet revolver singing 'slither'.  right as slash popped out of the tv i ran to the computer and started typing this.  

so now i am sitting here wondering, where is it.  i found it a little odd that the song they used on their comercial isnt even on the game.  i would much rather play some good old rock music than play that rediculuosly hard slipnot song

what are the system requirements for gears pc.  i dont want to wait until christmas to play it so i want to see if a small upgrade to my pc right now will let me play it even if it isnt maxed.

btw, is there going to be any link between the pc version and the xbox version.  that would be pretty awesome

Let me just start by saying that i hate the ip adress on my xbox.  i dont understand why i can have the internet connected to my xbox but not be able to get online.  today marks the third time that this has happened to me.  the first time i magically fixed it, magically!!  the next time it happened to my wireless adapter so after countless calls to xbox and comcast and linksys i ditched the adapter, drilled a hole in my floor, and ran 75 feet of cord to my xbox.  now, my wired connection, out of the blue, has an ip address problem and i have no idea how to fix it.  my xbox must really have a problem with me being online and i have no idea what to resort to next.

oh yea, and could somebody explain to me the concept of an ip address and why they must curse me so.  they seem kind of pointless to me

has anybody ever seen a fifty caliber rifle??  all you have to do is imagine the sniper in halo and there you have it.  i found it weird that master chief is carrying around one of the most powerfull guns known to man.  today on mythbusters i saw one and almosts freaked because it looked the exact same.  then it penetrated through about an inch of steel.  i just thought it was pretty sweeet to see a halo gun (the exact thing) in real life and thought that i would share.
