Gearheads of War

So the achivements were released already.  I suppose there's minor spoilers about things like where the plot takes place and names of characters, but nothing that'll ruin it for you.

The best word I can think of to describe The Final Destination is...entertaining. What I mean is that it wasn't cinematic gold, but it was fun for the ride.

The movie starts out with the typical characters in the teen or college age, until an accident kills them all, but it was actually a dream. I know it sounds like the first 3 Final Destinations, but that's because it is the first 3 Final Destinations.

There was plenty of action and gore and attractive women and 3D-ness (Those last two go great together!). The 3D was the best I have ever seen (Granted I've only seen 1 other movie in 3D), and it was definitely the most important part.

There's a lot of things I didn't like about the movie though. The plot was way too predictable and basically the same as the other 3 movies. If you add 3D to one of the other movies it would basically create this one.  
The gore in this movie was too much for 3D and some parts too much for even 2D.

So overall it was average. I'd give it 7.5/10. If it wasn't 3D, it would be more like 5 or 6/10. If you want a good thrill I'd recommend it, but if your local theater only has the sh*tty 2D version, save your money for the multitudes of fantastic games coming this fall.

Wow. What a lineup we have coming our way this fall. I'm pulling out my hair in anticipation for such big titles as Mass Effect 2, Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2, Borderlands, and ODST.  But one game in particular has me especially intrigued. and that game is...

So a few weeks ago I stumbled across this website.  I visited a few times and liked what you guys are all about, so I decided to sign up! I'm a huge fan of Gears of War 1 & 2, but none of my friends like it that much. That's why I'm so glad I found this site, because I finally found some other people to game with.  

So I'll tell you a little about myself - I'm 17 years old and live in Montana. My hobbies include skiing, skating, tennis, and, my favorite, gaming.

Now that I've introduced myself, I'd love to play with you guys. My xbox is currently toasted and Microsoft want me to pay 100$ for them to fix it. WTF!! >:(. Anyways, as soon as it's fixed, send me some invites.
