Gearheads of War

After playing Gears 2 for a couple hours and getting host every couple of games, I realized how to find out if you are the host before the game even starts in public matchmaking. I was noticing when you find one or two players at a time then that means they are joining you and you will be the host, but when all four found players just pops up that means you joined someone elses game.(I was by myself in the lobby when I discovered this) Every game that I found one or two players at a time I was always the host. I don't know if this info means that much to you guys but I think that I may be the first person to notice this.

P.S.-Skate 2 is an amazing game, even if you don't skateboard this game is still very entertaining and it kicks ass.

I was thinkin of puting together a Gears of War 2 montage but I never could get the right quality. This is the best quality that I can get and I just wanted your opinion on the quality and if it is even worth it to make the montage. If I do make the montage I will put a mention of gearheadsofwar.com in the credits just because this website is awesome.

This is just flat out wrong to have this achievement before it even released. He had to of cheated. The guy said that you can get it in 24 hours. My ass. Here's the proof. There are no spoilers in the picture so you can look for the ones who don't want any new stuff.

I have watched alot of the Gears 2 multiplayer videos and noticed ranks to the left of the players name. Does anyone have info about anything about the rankings? (I dont know if this deserves a diary but i flipped a coin and heads said it got a diary) There are no achievements for them so i hope that they are like the Call of Duty 4 ranks. If you have any info please tell.

Ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has let slip that there will be a Guitar Hero title centered on 1969 Woodstock headliner and Greatest Guitarist of All Time Jimi Hendrix.

Slash, speaking on tribute games Guitar Hero: Metallica and Aerosmith, said to Rolling Stone: "Those are two ones that I think gives it some credibility. And they're doing a Hendrix one, which is great."
As one of the original Guitar Heroes, Slash speaks with authority and enthusiasm on how the real-world music industry interacts with the plastic-guitar-jamming franchise. "You have to understand how the game works and what band really fits in to that," explained Slash. "AC/DC is probably the top one. They don't need the boost, but that would be the top one," he added.

Official confirmation of the game, or information on platforms or a release date, has yet to come from Guitar Hero series publisher Activision.

If this is true this will be amazing, hendrix is my favorite artist of all time.
